snowshoeing

I went snowshoeing for the first time in at least ten years.  I had so much fun!  My friends and I did some friendly races and my streak of competitiveness resurfaced, I probably should have let the birthday girl win!  Sorry Jenny!
Baby Samuel was in a baby sled all bundled up and enjoyed watching us stomp around.
The snow was so deep in the field.  The dogs out with their owners were having trouble getting through it.  One dog belonging to a friend, kept following me and jumping up on the back of my snowshoes for a ride, since it was so difficult for her-funny!

There is nothing like getting some fun exercise and fresh air to boost the spirits!

Unfortunately upon leaving, I backed into the steel post in the parking lot-oops.   I hope I can find a matching gold paint to fix the scrape on the van.

I remember Mom backing into a tree or wood post in the parking lot at the W.I. park with all of us in the red van, back in the day.

Hey, it could happen to anyone, right?

I remember mom backing into that pole/tree too. I think it was a tree but now it is a pole. Does that make sense?

Hooray for fresh air and exercise. Too bad about your van- how long has it been since you crashed into something? Seems like it's been awhile.

I remember mom backing into Heather Littleton's car in grandma's driveway. I remember hearing about the WI incident - I think dad said "how did you hit the only tree in the parking lot"? Poor mom, she's actually a careful driver - it can happen.
